On this week’s podcast we are going D-E-E-P.

We’re taking things to a ‘next-level’ in a way that helps you to understand WHY you do the things you do, especially those food-related decisions that feel the MOST baffling, frustrating and confusing to you.

For example…

‘WHY DO I OVEREAT AND SABOTAGE, IF I WANNA LOSE THIS DAMN WEIGHT MORE THAN ANYTHING?’

→ In order to understand our behavior, we MUST understand our psychology.

We MUST understand our human mind, and it’s ‘default’ tendencies. (which btw, our human brain has many!)

One of the ‘default settings’ is that our human brain very much dislikes: UNCERTAINTY.

This is why successful, intelligent, high-achieving women find themselves emotionally overeating, re-gaining weight they worked SO hard to lose… the moment that things feel like ‘too much is going on’ OR when they feel like there’s too much uncertainty in their lives.

At the start of 2020 (enter global pandemic...), people all over the world experienced the phenomenon of wanting to EAT MORE, AS THINGS FELT MORE AND MORE UNCERTAIN.

I bet you NEVER thought that your weight struggle had anything to do with ‘control’ and/or uncertainty (or maybe you had a hunch!). Regardless, in this 2-part series, I break this WAYYY down so that you’re able to understand your food related choices with clarity and ease.

It’s not something that gets talked about much. But it’s important!
Because... if you are a human with a human brain... then YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH UNCERTAINTY is most definitely showing up in your decision making, and thus, in your results.

(*We just wanna make sure that you decide how you want to respond to uncertainty ON PURPOSE. Don’t worry, I’m teaching this to you also!)

These type of emotional eating habits and patterns that keep SO many women stuck and emotionally suffering ARE most certainly about their relationship with food, but ALSO about their relationship with UNCERTAINTY.
→ AND YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR VERY OWN HUMANITY.

In this episode you’ll learn about navigating ‘things’ (ie. circumstances) that ARE outside of your ‘control’.

On the podcast I often focus on teaching and showing you ALL the places where you have SO MUCH AGENCY & CHOICE- but what about the things that ARE NOT in your ‘control’- what is your relationship to those?
(hint: it matters. So make sure you know!)
