The reason 'diets' don't work is not because they don't work, it's because we don't actually follow them & don't know HOW to follow through on decisions and plans we've made for ourselves. Finding a great 'plan' for weight loss online is not a problem anymore these days because we have so much information at our disposal with the internet.

The problem is that even if you have a beautiful meal plan laid out in front of you, and even if you already know what to do- you find yourself still overeating (especially at night or on the weekends or when you're stressed!) and eating things that are NOT a part of your plan.

One of the main things that I coach my clients on, and that I personally had to overcome was 'feeling bad' about saying no to eating certain foods when you feel that it might offend them, that it might come off as 'rude' or that you might make them 'feel bad'.;

In this episode, I talk about what I call: OBLIGATION EATING and give you an entirely new perspective on how to approach these situations so that it doesn't feel like such a big challenge.
