This is why it doesn't matter how much you know about nutrition- or the fact that you know exactly what to eat, but somehow still end up eating things that keep you stuck and struggling... even though you want to lose the weight more than anything.

Losing this stubborn weight and ending your ongoing struggle with food and weight is NOT impossible.
Simply, you are missing the necessary tools.
It's necessary to not just lose weight by resisting your favorite foods but to completely give your relationship with weight loss and food a makeover.
LISTEN TO THIS EPISODE to hear yet another example of a listener that was able to change her results even though she felt it was absolutely impossible and was feeling truly stuck.
