And yet… When it came to her weight and her relationship with food she felt COMPLETELY STUCK.

I think we can all agree it’s pretty damn unlikely Gillianne was ‘sitting around’ twiddling her thumbs and for that reason was able to lose weight... (NOPE!)
Gillianne was able to lose 23 pounds that FELT IMPOSSIBLE (umm did I mentioned she even had some Thyroid issues going on…) and she did so WHILE LIVING HER LIFE IN FULL TECHNICOLOR.
In fact, one of Gillianne’s MOST favorite things about the program was this:
‘What I was not expecting from this program was FINALLY LEARNING HOW TO UNCONDITIONALLY LOVE MYSELF and be my own best friend. I HAVE LOTS TO SAY ABOUT THIS. I could go on, and on and on. BEST. PROGRAM. EVER.’

Here’s how it goes down:

Let me paint a picture…
