Happy Thanksgiving!
Feeling stressed? Annoyed? Overwhelmed? Worried? 

First off- if you are- don't be too hard on yourself, that's pretty damn normal... on a day/time of the year like this with so much going on: 

Social obligations, family dynamics, exposure to foods you are literally TRYING NOT to pounce on and devour ...so you can fit in your holiday outfit. Trust me. I get it. ALL of it.
