I would say that the number one reason woman don't get to their goal is because of lack of confidence.

Lack of believing it's possible.

In order to create something you've never created before you WILL NEED TO BELIEVE SOMETHING YOU HAVE NEVER BELIEVED. 

Believing this- believing it's possible ke for you, and then approaching it with confidence is vital.

In this episode, I'm gonna talk about how to manage bloating. How t manage it without freaking out when the scale ALL of a sudden is 2-5 pounds up or just isn't budging and you're feeling gross and bloated.
