Do you do GREAT during the day, and then as soon as that evening time hits (or as one of my clients lovingly calls the witching hour :p) or as soon as your bum hits the couch to unwind- your eating starts to stray the path you intended, all of a sudden even though you’ve sworn off all carbs and wine, you start with one and then end up having 4 of them plus a bunch of other things in the pantry. WTF. Why do we do this to ourselves? For many women, this is a nightly occurrence. It’s as if, after 5 pm food suddenly has a magical mystical power over us... and there goes any daytime effort down the toilet. For tons of women, night time is when it all falls apart, and the sabotage cycle is STRONG.

A lot of my listeners, listen because I️ give them hope. My story gives them hope. Hope that it’s actually possible to COMPLETELY END the struggle with weight. END all the mental chatter. END the emotional eatingand weight sabotaging cycle... and it really is.
