As women, we've been socialized to believe that 'success' (especially, as it pertains to our bodies!) is pretty much a one size fits all type of situation.
This couldn't be farther from the truth!
I believe this socialization is a huge part of the problem and a root cause for why so many women 'struggle' (...too many!).
Due to the fact that humans have all kinds of different bodies... there's just no way that women's bodies will look exactly the same on the 'outside' even when taking excellent care of ourselves mentally, emotionally, and physically.
For this reason, IT'S ESSENTIAL TO SELF-DEFINE SUCCESS for yourself.
The most empowering thing we can do as women is to define for ourselves what we want this part of our lives to be & NOT simply adopt the external messages of what success 'should be' without personal examination & empowered re-definition.
WHEN WE MAKE EMPOWERED CHOICES, WE CREATE EMPOWERED RESULTS. 💪
I believe this is the key to putting an end to any weight struggle.
