One of the TOP things that will keep you from arriving to your weight goal is: quitting on yourself because you feel impatient.

In this episode, we take a deep dive into HOW TO STOP QUITTING ON YOURSELF when getting to your goal is taking longer then you think it should (or longer then you wanted!)

And why it matters so much to BE PATIENT vs impatient.

You’ll hear real-life examples from my amazing client Erica.

After struggling with weight and food for DECADES, she arrived at exactly her goal weight.

And she didn’t just lose her last 27 pounds that had felt impossible. She also developed a trust with herself and a love for herself, that she believes was worth this process taking however long that it needed to take.

THE REQUIREMENT TO ARRIVE AT YOUR GOAL:
BEING PATIENT with yourself and your body.

Not quitting on yourself because ‘it’s taking too long’ or ‘it’s not happening as fast as I want it too’.

The most ineffective thing you can do if you want to arrive at your goal is to quit on yourself because you’re feeling impatient, or deciding that your goal ‘isn’t possible’ just because creating the changes you wanted was taking longer then you thought it would.
