Women of color often feel like they encounter unique weight challenges and food struggles, yet don't have the support or the tools necessary to solve them.

That's exactly why I created this TWO PART WOC SERIES- just for you!

As a woman of color myself (brown & proud! ;) I battled with my weight and with dysfunctional eating for a couple of decades...

It took me becoming a Certified Holistic Nutritionist AND Master Life Coach to actually figure things out for myself; and to finally be free of all the confusing messages out there that were keeping me feeling all messed up!

Listen, sister, I don't want you to struggle for as long as I did... or as much as I did.

Food and weight don't have to be a struggle, for any of us.

I'm incredibly inspired to share what I've learned on my journey, with you. My inspiration to do so is summed up by one of my favorite quotes: 'A rising tide will raise all ships'.
