Do you feel like some days you're really committed to your goal, then others days you really feel like you just DON'T CARE.

Or you're over 'it' and don't WANT to care because you rather enjoy eating whatever you want and enjoying the moment. For MANY women, this looks like feeling really committed in the EARLY part of the day, and just feeling like it's NOT that important in the EVENINGS- when they want to enjoy a glass of wine or a 'treat' to relax and unwind.

Very often, there's also the pattern and/or cycle of feeling REALLY MOTIVATED on the weekdays, and then on the weekends thinking things like "It's fine" ... "It's not that important"... "I just don't care right now" .... "I look pretty good anyway" ... "it just feels like too much work" ... "oh, who really cares anyway"...
