I would say that the number one reason woman don't get to their goal is because of lack of confidence.

Lack of believing it's possible.

In order to create something you've never created before you WILL NEED TO BELIEVE SOMETHING YOU HAVE NEVER BELIEVED. 

Believing this- believing it's possible ke for you, and then approaching it with confidence is vital.

In this episode, I'm gonna talk about how to manage bloating. How t manage it without freaking out when the scale ALL of a sudden is 2-5 pounds up or just isn't budging and you're feeling gross and bloated.

THIS is real life. & I'm gonna equip you with real life strategies ;) Ps, it happens to me too. I even share my own personal bloating stories and how I personally manage it.

It's not about what's the 'right' or 'wrong' approach- different approaches work for different people. 
It's all about WHAT WORKS FOR YOU. 
It's about being committed to whatever approach works for YOU and getting the results YOU WANT. 
BE PROUD of what works for you, own it. 
 
It's not about 'good' food or 'bad' food. No matter what you choose to it there is no need for guilt, shame or being overly critical. 
 
 
Not only do these feelings suck, but they often lead to sabotaging behaviors like over eating and binges, which can really keep you from making the progress you want to make with your weight loss. 
 
WHAT'S BETTER?
 
Ditch Guilt for good. Try this instead:
 
If you decided to enjoy something yummy and not so nutritious in a planned way- then ENJOY.  Own your choice, take pride in it and ENJOY. 
 
If you find yourself eating something that you weren't planning to eat, and that isn't aligned with your goals (this happens to the best of us- trust me!) I still think guilt serves no purpose. INSTEAD, TRY THIS:
BE CURIOUS. 
 
Here's a couple things that will be much more helpful:
"I wonder why I ended up choosing this food?"
"How was I feeling when I decided to eat this? What was I thinking?"
"That's so interesting that I decided to eat this"
"How can I plan better next time? How can I make a different decision next time?....
 
All of these kinds of questions will give you useful information that you can learn from, vs simply beating yourself up. 
 
That leads to nothing useful. In fact it usually leads to other 'not so great' food choices. 
 
So F*CK GUILT.  Causes nothing but trouble. 
 
INSTEAD BE PROUD, ENJOY and/or GET CURIOUS.

Your current results (i.e. current weight) are created by your current beliefs. 

If you are NOT at your goal weight then you have some limiting beliefs in place that are keeping you from being able to get to your ideal goal weight.

It's absolutely necessary to find these limiting beliefs, identify them and weed them out so you can start to create NEW RESULTS ON PURPOSE.
